A company is seeking an AI-friendly Senior Video Editor to join their team in Lagos. The role involves editing short-form videos based on scripts, following clear structural logic, and applying correct pacing and emotional flow to raise views. The editor must be comfortable integrating AI tools into daily editing tasks. The position is based in Lagos and is full-time, on-site.

• Location: Lagos, Nigeria (On-site)
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Salary: ₦400,000 + performance bonus

• Edit short-form videos (10–90 seconds) based on provided scripts.
• Execute edits using clear structural logic, including: Conflict - Reaction - Escalation.
• Apply correct pacing, rhythm, and emotional flow to raise views.
• Follow Director and Creative Lab instructions with accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain clean, organized project files and proper version control.
• Deliver revisions efficiently and accept feedback professionally.
• Meet deadlines reliably in a fast-paced production environment.
• Raise workflow speed through use of AI tools: CapCut AI (subtitles, rough cuts), ChatGPT (basic prompts, script polishing), and Runway/Pika (simple AI B-roll or test shots).

• 2–3 years of professional video editing experience.
• Proven background in Commercial / TVC / Advertising projects.
• Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
• Excellent sense of commercial-grade pacing, timing, and rhythm.
• Highly organized with a disciplined workflow and file management approach.
• Comfortable integrating AI tools into daily editing tasks.
