- Proven experience planning and executing digital marketing campaigns end-to-end, ideally in SaaS or AI-driven environments.
- A degree or diploma that contributes to the organisation is considered an asset.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, build insights, and translate findings into actionable strategies.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, AI-powered tools, and modern marketing best practices.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and AI-based marketing tools (e.g., predictive scoring, content generation, customer segmentation).
- Strong audience and market research capabilities, with an understanding of segmentation and customer-journey best practices.
- Self-motivated with the ability to establish and maintain solid relationships through a client-first mentality.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a diverse team.
- Must be technical, analytical, results-driven and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Organised, administratively strong, with solid writing, phone, and general communication skills.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written). Knowledge of a second language is considered an asset.
