I'm looking for freelancers to help create engaging onboarding and training videos for companies. The work involves turning scripts into clear, engaging videos that teach employees about their role, workplace processes, and internal knowledge. These videos will be used for onboarding and competence retention inside companies.

• Job Location: Remote
• Employment Type: Freelance / Contract (ongoing projects available)
• Pay: $10 – $40 per video (depending on quality and experience)

• Creating videos using AI tools (e.g., Synthesia, HeyGen, etc.).
• Editing and assembling content based on provided scripts.
• Adding AI voiceovers, visuals, and simple animations.
• Making the content engaging and easy to understand.

• Experience with AI video tools (Synthesia or similar).
• Basic video editing skills.
• Ability to follow structure but also improve flow when needed.
• Bonus: Experience with AI tools for translation, efficiency, or automation.

Nice to Have

• Ability to translate or adapt content for different languages.
• Understanding of how to make content engaging (not just robotic).
