The company operates like Canva for orchestrating AI content production end to end, with its own micro-drama studio, O!Nolly, running on the same engine. The organization is small, fast-moving, and values shipping imperfect work today over planning perfect work for next month.

• Own production execution across Siniim client work and O!Nolly's own series.
• Handle prompt writing, image/video generation, character and set consistency, editing, and delivery.
• Take a brief, shot list, or scene to a finished, approved deliverable without needing every step defined.

• Real production experience in film, photography, videography, editing, or AI-assisted production.
• Built real workflows using AI generation tools.
• Comfortable being handed a task rather than a step-by-step.
• Fine moving between different workflows and projects.
• Pace is early-stage startup, output-based rather than clock-based.
• Work will regularly exceed a standard week, especially around production sprints and client deadlines.
