The Airport Services Agent will provide quality passenger services during check-in, boarding, baggage handling, and special assistance while maintaining high operational and safety standards. This role requires constant liaison with Check-in, Transfer Desk, and Airport Services Supervisors to ensure smooth passenger processing and a seamless travel experience.

• Provide quality passenger services during check-in, boarding, baggage handling, and special assistance.
• Liaise with Check-in, Transfer Desk, and Airport Services Supervisors to ensure smooth passenger processing.
• Escort arriving and departing passengers to designated airport facilities when required.
• Assist with the handling of company materials, documents, and operational records.
• Coordinate with the Ground Handling Agent (GHA) to ensure efficient passenger processing.
• Assist passengers with visa, entry, and residence permit enquiries.
• Ensure passengers receive efficient and professional assistance throughout airport facilities.
• Perform other operational duties as assigned by management.

• Minimum of 1 year of airport operations experience with a leading airline.
• Previous experience in customer service.
• High energy, a positive attitude, and a strong customer-service mindset.
• Knowledge of Departure Control Systems (DCS) and ticketing is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Amadeus is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work flexible and shift-based schedules.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Must have the legal right to live and work in Nigeria.
