The Analyst (Entry Level) will support consulting teams in delivering technology-enabled solutions, including data analysis, documentation, process support, and hands-on assistance across project delivery.

• Support consultants and project managers in day-to-day project activities.
• Assist in gathering, documenting, and validating business and technical requirements.
• Participate in client meetings, workshops, and internal project discussions.
• Track action items, deliverables, and project milestones.
• Analyse business processes, system requirements, and data sets.
• Prepare clear documentation (process flows, requirement documents, presentations).
• Support testing activities (user acceptance testing, system validation).
• Assist in identifying issues, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Support work on relevant technology platforms and tools (ERP, data, cloud solutions).
• Prepare status updates, reports, and presentation materials.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from a recognised institution with a minimum of Second Class Upper Division (2:1) in any relevant field.
• Exposure to consulting, IT projects, or business analysis is an advantage but not required.
