• Maintain and update operational databases ensuring accuracy and consistency across all records
• Track and record berth history, voyage information, and other essential operational data
• Develop and implement processes to improve data integrity and efficiency
• Provide day-to-day assistance to Operations and Chartering teams in managing vessel activities
• Support chartering decisions with reliable operational insights and historical data
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance communication
• Utilize operational systems to monitor vessel performance and identify areas for improvement
• Recommend and implement system enhancements to improve reporting and data management
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and industry best practices

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Maritime Studies, or related field
• Strong operational and systems knowledge, preferably within shipping or logistics
• Proficiency in data management tools and reporting systems
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
