• Site Supervision: Direct day-to-day site activities and manage artisans (masons, carpenters, tilers) to ensure top-quality work.
• Project Management: Develop detailed project plans, monitor budgets, track timelines, and conduct regular site inspections.
• Team Leadership: Lead site supervisors and quantity surveyors while enforcing strict environmental, health, and safety regulations.

• Education: BSc/BTech in Architecture (Minimum of 2:2).
• Experience: 1–2 years in architecture and site project management.
• Tech Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, or SketchUp.
• Local Insight: Deep knowledge of Nigerian construction materials and market pricing.
• Language: Fluent English. Ability to speak Yoruba, Pidgin, or major local language is a plus.
• Traits: Sharp leadership, professional appearance, and a target-driven mindset.
