• Assist in developing architectural designs, concepts, and presentations
• Prepare 2D drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools
• Support the production of construction documents and technical drawings
• Conduct site visits to gather data and monitor project progress
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other consultants
• Assist in ensuring designs comply with building codes and regulations
• Support material selection and preparation of project specifications
• Participate in client meetings and design reviews when required
• Provide general administrative and project support

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
• Currently serving (NYSC corp member preferred – male)
• Basic knowledge of architectural design principles and construction methods
• Familiarity with building codes and standards
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar software
• Basic rendering skills (Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape, etc.)
• Strong visualization and design thinking ability
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage time and meet deadlines
