ESRNL is a company based in Ikoyi, Lagos, seeking an Assistant Legal Officer (NYSC) to support legal and regulatory compliance functions, particularly with the Standard Organization of Nigeria (SON) and the Manufacturing Organization of Nigeria (MAN).

• Manage Filing and submissions to Standard Organization of Nigeria SON and Manufacturing Organization of Nigeria MAN.
• Ensure the organization complies with SON & MAN meetings as well as factory inspection.
• Monitor regulatory compliance in line with the company’s mission & vision.
• Keep abreast of regulatory changes and development in the regulatory environment.
• Establish good working relationship with SON & MAN to aid the interest of the company.
• Provide support to legal functions such as drafting agreements/contracts and proofreading legal documents.
• Attend Court filings of legal cases in the company and liaise with external solicitors on the development of each.
• Provide administrative support on legal functions.
• Manage, organize and maintain documents in paper & electronic filing systems.

• Must be an NYSC Member.
