Hiring: ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER

A luxury dry bar & retail brand in Lekki Phase 1.
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Role: Assistant Store Manager

• Support daily store operations & opening/closing
• Supervise stylists and manage daily workflow
• Handle customer complaints professionally
• Deliver premium customer experience
• Drive service & retail sales (upscaling)
• Manage POS, bookings & inventory
• Step in as Store Lead when required

• Minimum 3 years experience (Beauty/Retail/Hospitality)
• Strong leadership & decision-making skills
• Tech-savvy (POS & WIX is a plus)
• Must live in Lekki Phase 1 or nearby
• Gender: Female

Customer & Team Skills
• Excellent customer communication
• Must speak eloquently and confidently
• Patient, firm, relatable, and professional
• Strong customer experience mindset
• Able to manage stylists and customer issues
• Well-presented and polished

Work Schedule: Tuesday–Sunday (Mondays off)
