The Associate Dentist will provide high-quality clinical care, conduct oral examinations, diagnose conditions, develop treatment plans, perform procedures (scaling, polishing, fillings, root canals, extractions, crowns, dentures), provide basic cosmetic treatments, handle dental emergencies, maintain patient records, ensure infection control compliance, and support clinic growth.

• Employment Type: Full-Time (Monday–Saturday with rotational off day)

• Conduct oral examinations, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans.
• Perform procedures including scaling & polishing, fillings, root canals, extractions, crowns, and dentures.
• Provide basic cosmetic treatments such as whitening, bonding, and smile enhancements (training available).
• Handle dental emergencies promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Ensure strict compliance with infection control and clinical standards.
• Communicate clearly with patients, explain treatment options, and build trust.
• Support treatment acceptance through patient education and follow-up.
• Work closely with nurses, assistants, and front desk staff for smooth operations.
• Participate in team meetings and continuous learning activities.
• Contribute to overall patient experience and clinic growth initiatives.

• BDS/BChD degree.
• Valid MDCN practising licence.
• NYSC completed or exempted.
• Minimum of 1–2 years post-NYSC experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
