- Education: A degree or diploma in Nursing, Midwifery, Community Health, Medical Laboratory Science, Public Health, or another recognised paramedical field is required.
- Experience: 2–3 years of experience working in healthcare delivery, community health, or maternal health programmes are an advantage. Experience with NGOs, foundations, or community-based health initiatives is desirable.
- Skills & Attributes:
- Basic clinical or health systems knowledge relevant to maternal and community health.
- Strong communication and community engagement skills.
- Organisational and reporting abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive health information with confidentiality and care.
- Compassionate, culturally sensitive, calm under pressure, ethically grounded, dependable, and deeply committed to improving health outcomes.
