- BSc/HND in Mechanical Engineering or a related field with a minimum of two (2) years' experience performing a similar role in a well-structured environment.
- Possession of accredited professional certification(s) in Mechanical Engineering will be an added advantage.
- Demonstrated proficiency in automotive air conditioning diagnostics, maintenance, prognostics, and fault identification.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision while managing tasks efficiently and meeting deadlines.
- Willingness and ability to learn, adapt, and embrace new technologies, processes, and best practices.
