This is a remote role for experienced B2B cold callers. The position involves calling and qualifying prospects for automation services, booking discovery calls for the sales team, and managing follow-ups to keep the pipeline active. Two compensation structures are available.

Job Type: Full-Time / Contract
Compensation: Two structures available

• Base + Commission: $500 per month base + 10% per closed deal ($200–$500 commission per deal)
• Full Commission: 20% per closed deal ($400–$1,000 commission per deal), no base

• Call and qualify prospects for automation services
• Book discovery calls for the sales team
• Manage follow-ups and maintain an active sales pipeline
• Handle rejection professionally and persistently

• Proven B2B cold calling experience
• Confident, clear English communication with professional accent
• Self-motivated and comfortable with rejection
• Ability to work independently and manage outreach effectively
