• Identify and prospect potential B2B clients through calls, emails, networking, referrals, and field activities.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into paying customers.
• Conduct client presentations, product/service demonstrations, and negotiations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Prepare proposals and sales reports.
• Follow up consistently on leads, proposals, and opportunities.
• Meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of proven B2B sales experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads and close sales.
• Target-driven, proactive, and commercially minded.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
