• Teach and demonstrate professional baking techniques.
• Train students/trainees on cakes, pastries, bread, and other baked products.
• Develop and follow structured baking training programmes.
• Demonstrate proper use and maintenance of baking equipment.
• Ensure high standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen practices.
• Supervise trainees during practical sessions.
• Evaluate trainees' progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain consistency and quality in all baking activities.

• Proven experience as a Baker, Pastry Chef, or Baking Instructor.
• Strong practical knowledge of baking and pastry production.
• Ability to teach and communicate baking techniques effectively.
• Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
• Creative, patient, and organized.
• Previous teaching or training experience is an added advantage.
