We’re looking for an experienced Bids & Tender Management Specialist to drive the preparation and submission of high-quality, competitive, and compliant tenders and proposals (ITT/RFP).


 

• Lead end-to-end bid and proposal preparation and submissions
• Ensure compliance, quality, and competitiveness of all proposals
• Collaborate with business and functional heads on technical and pricing inputs
• Develop bid strategies to improve win rates
• Manage tender reviews, timelines, and stakeholder engagement
• Provide leadership to bid teams
   

Bachelor’s degree (postgraduate qualification is an advantage)
7–10 years’ experience in bids/tender management or business development
Knowledge of procurement platforms (e.g. NIPEX, Ariba)
Strong commercial, stakeholder, and leadership skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
