The Brand, Design & Corporate Comms Officer (Intern) will support internal and external communication initiatives through visual design, content creation, branding, and employee engagement activities. The role includes developing graphics, brochures, banners, presentations, infographics, digital ads, managing internal newsletters, social media content, and supporting corporate events.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, Marketing, Media Studies, Public Relations, or related discipline.
  • 1–2 years relevant experience in Corporate Communications, Branding, Digital Media, Content Development, or Graphic Design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
  • Working knowledge of Canva, Figma, and content management platforms.
  • Strong copywriting and content editing capability.
  • Basic understanding of corporate communication principles and employer branding strategies.
  • Knowledge of digital analytics and reporting tools is an advantage.
  • Experience with social media management tools and website content updates.
  • Strong visual storytelling and content development skills.
  • Basic photography and video editing capability is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail, creativity, and innovation.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
