Job Description

The applicant should be able to gather and document business requirements, streamline processes, research solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to implement improvements that boost efficiency and meet project goals.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Business Requirements Documentation: Participate in sessions with stakeholders to capture needs; use tools like interviews, document analysis, use cases, and workflows to elicit requirements; create detailed docs, mockups, user stories; lead walkthroughs for understanding and sign-off. 
  2. Process Analysis/Process Re-engineering: Document 'as-is' and 'to-be' processes using modeling notations; lead discovery, improvement, and redesign workshops; identify inefficiencies, recommend sustainable changes, and implement quantifiable improvement plans. 
     

Required Skills

  1. BSc or HND in Computer science or engineering. Atleast a 2.2/Upper Credit.
  2. Proven ability to elicit requirements, create artifacts (mockups, use cases, user stories), and facilitate workshops. 
  3. Strong analytical skills for process evaluation, re-engineering, and recommending solutions. 
  4. Collaborative mindset for working with business and technical teams.
