• Analyze user data, transaction flows, and market trends to inform product and business decisions.
• Build dashboards and reports that the entire team relies on.
• Model financial projections, unit economics, and growth scenarios.
• Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing to define KPIs and track progress.

• 3+ years in business analysis, data analysis, or strategy (fintech or tech preferred).
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and at least one visualization tool (Metabase, Looker, Tableau).
• Ability to translate messy data into clear narratives and actionable recommendations.
• Understanding of Nigerian fintech landscape, regulatory environment, and consumer behavior.
