• Develop strategic plans for operators' Mobile Business and Consumer Business domains, including mobile business innovation, market and consumer behavior analysis, product and service offering design, user acquisition and growth strategies, and digital and intelligent marketing transformation.
• Conduct data mining, integration, and convergent analysis to generate actionable business insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Build specialized consulting capabilities by developing analytical models, tools, and methodologies that enhance consulting delivery and improve operational efficiency.
• Participate in customer-facing consulting engagements, providing specialized expertise and delivering high-quality, data-driven recommendations.
• Support the modularization and service-oriented transformation of consulting offerings by designing scalable frameworks and operational platforms.

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in business analysis, management consulting, data analytics, or the telecommunications industry.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with data visualization and analytical tools is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
