• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional solutions.
• Facilitate requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and process analysis.
• Support software development projects throughout the SDLC using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
• Prepare user stories, business process documentation, and functional specifications.
• Conduct feasibility studies, business analysis, and cost-benefit assessments.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and solution implementation.
• Develop user guides and deliver end-user training where required.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and business innovation.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Basic SQL and data analysis skills.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
