Vijosh Group Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to support operational and strategic initiatives across our Oil & Gas and Fintech business units. This role is ideal for a proactive professional looking to gain hands-on exposure in multi-sector operations while contributing to data-driven decision-making.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to support operational and strategic initiatives across our Oil & Gas and Fintech business units.

• Support business process analysis and improvement initiatives
• Gather and document business requirements
• Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and performance tracking tools
• Monitor KPIs and provide insights to management
• Identify operational efficiency opportunities
• Support compliance and internal reporting processes

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field
• 2–4 years' experience in a Business Analyst or similar analytical role
• Strong Excel skills (Power BI/Tableau is an advantage)
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills
