• Support technical and consulting delivery on assigned engagements, working closely with engineering teams and senior associates.
• Contribute to documentation, status reporting, and stakeholder communication for assigned workstreams.
• Translate technical concepts (architecture, integration, data flows, product decisions) into clear notes and materials business stakeholders can act on.
• Support delivery across any of the following where needed: Product surfaces (e-commerce platforms, web and mobile applications), Integration layer (APIs and system integrations), Design & experience (UI/UX), Engineering & operations (front-end and back-end development, DevOps and infrastructure).
• Carry out analysis, research, and sense-checking to strengthen technical deliverables.
• Flag risks, gaps, and technical detail that a purely non-technical analyst would likely miss.
• Own day-to-day delivery of assigned tasks under senior oversight, and grow into greater responsibility as capability develops.

• A university degree, any discipline.
• 0 to 2 years of experience, recent graduates with strong ability are encouraged to apply.
• Sharp, analytical, and demonstrable ability to learn quickly and apply new concepts.
• Comfortable around technology, able to follow and reason about architecture, integrations, or product/engineering decisions, or to pick this up quickly with guidance.
• Strong structured-thinking, documentation and communication skills.
• Coachable, reliable, and able to work as part of a delivery team.
• Exposure or interest in one or a combination of RPA, AI and Machine Learning is preferred.
• Exposure to process optimisation and operating model design is preferred.
• Familiarity with any area of the technology stack, front-end or back-end development, API/integration, or infrastructure.
• Self-directed projects, internships, bootcamps, or other evidence of applied technical curiosity.
• A technical degree or certification.
