Job Description

Our client, a fast-growing marketing & creative communications agency powering SME and corporate brands across Africa, is expanding its team! We’re looking for smart, creative and result-driven talent ready to grow and make impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals
  • Prepare proposals and presentations
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM system

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 3-5 years of B2B sales or business development experience
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets
  • Strong network and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities
  • Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Self-motivated with hunter mentality

Preferred Skills:

  • Industry-specific knowledge relevant to Pandora
  • Experience with enterprise-level sales
  • Strategic account management background
