Key Responsibilities

1) Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities (SMEs & Enterprises)
  • Engage prospects via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and meetings
  • Present SGSL solutions (Contact Center, CRM, Outsourcing, ERP, AI Solutions)
  • Manage the sales pipeline from lead to deal closure
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets

2) Account management/Client Engagement

  • Understand client pain points and propose suitable solutions
  • Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotations, and demos
  • Maintain professional relationships with prospects and clients

3) Reporting & CRM 

  • Log all activities in the CRM system provided
  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
  • Track leads, conversions, and revenue achieved vs targets

4) KPIs & Performance Metrics

  • Number of qualified leads generated weekly
  • Demos/meetings booked and completed
  • Deals closed and revenue generated
  • Pipeline value vs monthly target
  • Follow-up compliance and CRM accuracy
