- Understand client pain points and propose suitable solutions
- Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotations, and demos
- Maintain professional relationships with prospects and clients
3) Reporting & CRM
- Log all activities in the CRM system provided
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
- Track leads, conversions, and revenue achieved vs targets
4) KPIs & Performance Metrics
- Number of qualified leads generated weekly
- Demos/meetings booked and completed
- Deals closed and revenue generated
