One of our units had entered into a Public Private Partnership arrangement with Delta State Government and the Asaba Community to redesign, reclaim, remediate and redevelop a high end, twenty first century technology driven City on the banks of the River Niger at the Centre of Asaba City.

We are seeking for entrepreneurial, Luxury loving and personable Business Development Executives to drive both the virtual and physical promotion and marketing of this Landmark 21st Century Vertical City. The candidate must demonstrate grit, have collaborative and innovation mindset, be result oriented and work with little or no supervision.

• Create high-quality content, including listing descriptions, videos, social media posts, email campaigns, and promotional materials, working with our IT and --Branding and Communication groups.
• Craft marketing Campaign and Execution Strategy targeted at High Net-worth Individuals and reputable Institutions.
• Plan road shows and marketing Campaigns in major cities in Nigeria and abroad.
• Build partnerships with members of our Business ecosystem to achieve transaction close

• 10 years experience in Business Development and entrepreneurial marketing particularly of Luxury goods or assets.
• First degree in any discipline. An MBA will be advantage.
• Personable and passion for lifestyle marketing.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with a talent for persuasive storytelling.
• Must have the right attitude and desire to work collaboratively in a - Multinational and Multicultural team.
