You will be the engine of our new client acquisition, responsible for generating leads, building a robust pipeline, and closing deals that directly contribute to our company's growth. This is a hands-on role for a sales hunter who thrives on the front lines.

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and target new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold outreach.
2. Full-Cycle Sales Management: Own the entire sales process—from initial contact and needs analysis to presenting solutions, negotiating terms, and closing the deal.
3. Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and partners within the real estate industry.
4. Market Expertise: Become an expert on our services/market to effectively communicate value propositions and overcome objections.
   Other Requirements
5. 1-3 years of experience in a sales or business development role within the real estate sector.
6. This role is open to graduates from top private univerisity graduates or graduates from recornised universities abroad.
7. Sales and business development enthusiasts and ability to learn.
8. A documented track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets.
9. Deep understanding of real estate principles, terminology, and deal structures.
10. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
11. A proactive, person with a high level of resilience and initiative.
12. Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
13. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
