Are you a high-energy sales leader with 5+ years in banking/fintech, specializing in software sales for core banking operations? Join a cutting-edge Nigerian fintech that's revolutionizing digital banking for individuals and businesses!

Key Responsibilities

  1. Hunt for new business opportunities & expand client base (corporates, SMEs, individuals)
  2. Craft & execute sales strategies to exceed targets
  3. Sell fintech solutions & build lasting stakeholder relationships
  4. Conduct market research on trends, needs & competitors
  5. Collaborate with product/marketing/ops teams for seamless delivery
  6. Deliver killer pitches, proposals & presentations
  7. Track & report sales performance to leadership
  8. Stay ahead of industry regs, trends & tech advancements

Required Skills

  1. Bachelor's in Business Admin, Marketing, Finance, or related
  2. Minimum 5 years in business development/sales in banking or fintech
  3. Core experience in software sales, especially core banking operations (mandatory)
  4. Proven track record selling digital banking products (mobile apps, online platforms)
  5. Strong Nigerian financial services network
  6. Expert in CRM tools, MS Office; excellent negotiation & presentation skills
  7. Self-motivated, strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments
