Job Description
EasyWin Lottery seeks an experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales, expand the agent network, and enhance brand presence. The role involves developing marketing strategies, onboarding new agents, and tracking sales targets. The position is based in Ikeja, Lagos and is on-site.
- Location: Ikeja, Lagos (On-site)
- Experience: 3–5 years
- Salary: ₦200,000 Net Salary + Performance Bonus
- Industry Preference: Lotto/Sports Betting experience preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Develop marketing strategies to grow the agent network.
- Identify new markets and analyze agent feedback.
- Onboard and guide agents on company products.
- Set and track sales targets, cold-call potential agents, and retain existing ones.
- Conduct market research and report insights.
Required Skills
- Degree/HND in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 3–5 years' sales experience (Lotto/Sports Betting preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis.
