Job Description

We are hiring Business Development Managers for a revenue-driving field sales role in the fintech/payments space. If you are comfortable prospecting physically, building relationships with business owners, and driving serious transaction volume, this role is for you.

Job Title: Business Development Manager (B2B Field Sales)
Locations:

  • Lagos (3 positions)
  • Ibadan (2 positions)
  • Osogbo (1 position)
    Employment Type: Full-time (Field Sales)
    Compensation: Competitive base salary + strong activation bonus + volume-based commission
    Earning Potential: High performers can earn ₦600,000 – ₦900,000+ monthly

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboard and activate importers and SME business owners
  • Drive recurring transaction volume
  • Own and grow your territory portfolio
  • Meet structured monthly activation and revenue targets

Required Skills

  • 2-4 years B2B field sales experience
  • Strong closer with measurable past performance
  • Comfortable with commission-based earnings
  • Experience in fintech, banking, payments, insurance, or SME sales is an advantage
  • Must reside in assigned city
