Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 days remote)

• Drive client acquisition and relationship management
• Conduct market research and identify growth opportunities
• Prepare proposals, pitches, and presentations
• Coordinate events, seminars, and marketing activities
• Manage CRM and maintain a strong leads pipeline
• Represent the firm at industry functions
• Work with internal teams to align BD goals

• BSc in Business, Marketing, Law, or related field
• 2–5 years’ BD/marketing/sales experience (law firm experience is a plus)
• Strong communication, presentation & negotiation skills
• Proactive, organized, and results-driven
• Proficient in MS Office
