Job Description

We are looking for a results-oriented Business Development Officer to join our real estate team in Sangotedo, Lagos. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential property buyers, generating leads, and converting them into successful sales while building long-term client relationships.

  • Job Location: Sangotedo, Lagos

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential property buyers, investors, and corporate clients.
  • Generate leads and convert them into successful property sales.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, agents, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing opportunities, and competitor strategies.
  • Develop and implement sales and business development strategies.
  • Prepare and present proposals, pitches, and property portfolios to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate deals and contracts to maximize company revenue.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to enhance client experience.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years' experience in business development, sales, or real estate.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
