Job Description

We are an HR consulting firm looking for a smart, confident NYSC Corps Member to support client acquisition and business growth.

Job Title: Business Development / Client Acquisition Officer (NYSC)
Location: Port Harcourt
Work Schedule: Mostly Remote

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential corporate clients
  • Generate and qualify leads for HR consulting services
  • Schedule meetings and follow up with prospects
  • Support proposal preparation and client presentations
  • Maintain a simple pipeline of leads and track conversions

Required Skills

  • Currently serving (NYSC)
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Confident speaking to business owners and decision-makers
  • Self-driven and target-oriented
  • Interest in HR, consulting, or sales is an advantage
