• Lead and manage end-to-end outsourcing operations and client portfolios
• Develop and execute strategies to grow outsourcing revenue and client base
• Ensure quality service delivery, compliance, and client satisfaction
• Supervise outsourcing staff and drive performance excellence
• Build strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities
   

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field (MBA is an advantage)
✅ Minimum of 7–10 years’ experience in HR outsourcing, operations, or business management
✅ Proven ability to lead teams, manage client accounts, and drive profitability
✅ Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills
