The Business Operations Analyst will support the company’s growth by conducting industry reviews, competitor analysis, customer insights gathering, and environmental scanning for new locations.

• Conduct industry reviews – locally and internationally.
• Conduct competitor intelligence gathering and ongoing competitor analysis.
• Provide insights from competitive analyses for the company’s growth.
• Study target customers and gather insights.
• Perform field research and internet research to identify key competitors in every locality/area.
• Conduct environmental scanning for possible new locations for business growth and expansion.

• A minimum of Second Class Upper division in a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Management Science related discipline.
• No work experience is needed.
• Basic reporting skills are a must.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A good team player.
• Must be proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and report preparation.
