• Support client onboarding by tracking progress, maintaining timelines, and following up on outstanding requirements.
• Assist with client and partner communications and follow-up activities.
• Support portfolio reporting through data collection, formatting, and preparation of first-draft reports.
• Help develop and update business materials, including presentations, one-pagers, and templates.
• Contribute to business process improvement initiatives with opportunities for growth and increased responsibility.
• Provide administrative and operational support on ad hoc projects as assigned by management.

• Recent graduate preparing to commence the NYSC service year.
• No prior work experience is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and able to quickly learn new digital tools.
• Strong interest in finance, investment, and business operations.
• Reliable, responsive, and able to deliver tasks within agreed timelines.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and partners.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude is an added advantage.
