We are looking for a Business Process Manager to drive process optimization, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making across our logistics and supply chain operations.

Required Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
5–8 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain operations
Strong knowledge of international shipping documentation and Incoterms
Expertise in data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL)
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
Excellent process mapping & optimization skills (Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus)
Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
