The Call Center Agent will make 80 to 120 outbound calls daily to US business owners, presenting digital marketing services, overcoming objections, and closing deals on the phone. This is a closing role, not customer service or lead qualification. Night shifts only, aligned with US business hours.

A company is seeking confident, customer-focused Call Center Agents to join its team and work with a USA-based client. The organization is dedicated to driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service.

• 80 to 120 outbound calls per day to US business owners.
• Delivering a conversational pitch that communicates value within the first 30 seconds.
• Identifying pain points through active listening and tailoring the pitch to specific challenges.
• Handling price, timing, and trust objections with confidence and persistence.
• Systematic follow-ups using phone, email, SMS, and CRM cadences.
• Meeting and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly targets consistently.
• Real-time CRM logging of every call, outcome, and follow-up action.
• Participating in daily huddles, weekly 1-on-1s, and monthly performance reviews.
• Continuously refining pitch from coaching and call data.
• Sharing winning strategies with the sales team.

• Aggressive, competitive, and financially motivated.
• Exceptional spoken English; American accent strongly preferred.
• Minimum 1 year outbound sales or cold calling experience.
• Handles rejection without losing energy or motivation.
• Self-starter who owns numbers without micromanagement.
• Work US hours (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST). In Nigeria, 1:00 PM to about 1:00 AM (varied hours).
• Coachable and always improving.
• Familiar with CRM tools and VoIP dialers.
• Must have a clean, neutral accent and strong communication skills.
