The Call Center Attendant will serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and driving conversions through excellent communication and customer service.

• Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Salary: ₦150,000 + Commission
• Experience Required: 0–1 year in customer service, sales, or call center roles

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
• Provide accurate information about visa services, travel packages, and related offerings.
• Convert inquiries into paying clients through effective communication.
• Handle customer complaints and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain proper records of calls and customer interactions.
• Follow up with leads and existing clients.
• Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets.

• Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in any discipline.
• 0–1 year experience in customer service, sales, or call center roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Basic computer proficiency.
