- Minimum of OND, HND, or BSc in any discipline.
- 0–1 year experience in customer service, sales, or call center roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Strong customer service orientation and persuasive skills.
