The Call Center Attendant will manage customer interactions, respond to inquiries, and support business growth through excellent communication and client engagement. This role requires a smart, energetic, and customer-oriented individual to handle calls and convert inquiries into paying clients.

  • Salary: ₦142,500 Net + Commissions

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
  • Provide accurate information about visa services, travel packages, and related offerings.
  • Convert inquiries into paying clients through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions and call activities.
  • Follow up with leads and existing clients to drive engagement.
  • Meet daily and weekly call and conversion targets.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of OND, HND, or BSc in any discipline.
  • 0–1 year experience in customer service, sales, or call center roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Strong customer service orientation and persuasive skills.
  • Only candidates residing in or around Lekki Phase 1 and nearby areas should apply.
