Clinix Healthcare is a healthcare organization seeking a professional, energetic, and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join the front-line team.

• Answer inbound calls from patients, clients, and partners in a professional and courteous manner
• Schedule appointments, handle enquiries, and provide accurate information about services, tests, and procedures
• Make outbound calls for appointment confirmations, follow-ups, and reminders
• Manage patient complaints and escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary
• Update patient records accurately on the CRM/Health Information System
• Provide product/service information and address billing or insurance-related enquiries
• Maintain call logs, records, and generate daily reports on call activities
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless patient support
• Adhere to call center scripts, policies, and healthcare data protection standards

• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
• Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and empathetic approach
• Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure
• Proficient in computer usage and CRM software
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to speak clearly in English (additional local language is an advantage)
• High level of integrity and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
• Proven experience as a Call Center Representative (1–2 years experience preferred)
• Experience in a healthcare or hospital environment is a strong advantage
• National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) completed (where applicable)
