HRLeverage Africa, a workforce management company, is hiring on behalf of a client in the phone financing industry. The organization is seeking a Calling and Onboarding Officer to make outbound calls, provide information, conduct surveys, and ensure smooth communication with clients and customers.

• Make outbound calls to provide information, gather feedback, and conduct surveys.
• Maintain accurate records and update communication databases.
• Coordinate with departments to resolve customer inquiries and ensure seamless processes.
• Enter and analyse communication data, generating reports as needed.
• Address customer issues professionally, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Adhere to company policies, compliance standards, and core values.
• Conduct KYC and onboarding of new customers into the buy now and pay later scheme.

• BSc/HND in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Must have completed NYSC.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, Smartsheet, and databases.
• Candidate must be able to communicate in French for job preference.
