Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in reviewing financial statements, cash flow records, and sales transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist in the reconciliation of daily sales reports with cash and credit card receipts.
  • Engage in the monthly physical counting of the eatery and bakery supplies.
  • Verify if inventory records match the actual stock and identify any discrepancies.
  • Audit adherence to company policies related to food safety, hygiene standards, and customer service protocols.
  • Assist in preparing detailed audit reports summarizing findings, including identified risks, control weaknesses, and recommendations for corrective action.
  • Support the Head of audit unit with administrative tasks, such as organizing documentation, scheduling audits, and following up on previous findings.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Strong ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and draw logical conclusions.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to efficiently and effectively report findings.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling sensitive financial information.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
