The Cards Data Analyst will analyze card portfolio data to identify trends and performance insights, develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI, track key performance indicators, and provide insights to support business decisions and operational improvements.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze card portfolio data to identify trends, patterns, and performance insights.
• Prepare regular reports on key metrics such as transaction volumes, spend, and card usage.
• Support ad-hoc data requests from business teams.

Dashboard Development & Maintenance

• Develop and maintain dashboards using tools such as Power BI or similar platforms.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting outputs.
• Automate recurring reports where possible.

Performance Monitoring

• Track key performance indicators including card issuance, activation, utilization, and revenue.
• Highlight variances, anomalies, and areas requiring attention.
• Support ongoing monitoring of business performance.

Customer & Transaction Analysis

• Analyze customer behavior and transaction patterns.
• Provide insights to support business decisions and operational improvements.

Data Management Support

• Work with internal teams to ensure proper data capture and quality.
• Assist in structuring and organizing datasets for analysis.

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–4 years' experience in a Data Analyst role (preferably within banking, fintech, or payments).
• Strong proficiency in Excel and SQL.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Ability to work with large datasets and perform data cleaning and validation.
