- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Development Studies, or a related field
- Experience in case management, migration programs, humanitarian or community development work is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal, counselling, and communication skills
- Ability to work with vulnerable populations in diverse community settings
- Good documentation, reporting, and organizational skills
- Empathy, cultural sensitivity, counselling, psychosocial support skills, mental health support skills, confidentiality, and the ability to build trust within beneficiaries
