Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct intake assessments to identify the needs, vulnerabilities, and reintegration priorities of returning migrants
  • Develop and implement individual reintegration plans in collaboration with beneficiaries
  • Provide case management support, including regular follow-ups to monitor progress and address challenges
  • Facilitate access to livelihood opportunities, vocational training, healthcare, psychosocial services, and social protection programs

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Development Studies, or a related field

  • Strong interpersonal, counselling, and communication skills
  • Ability to work with vulnerable populations in diverse community settings
  • Good documentation, reporting, and organizational skills
  • Empathy, cultural sensitivity, counselling, psychosocial support skills, mental health support skills, confidentiality, and the ability to build trust within beneficiaries
