• Receive payments (cash, POS, transfers) and issue receipts
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer at all times
• Attend to customers in a polite and professional manner
• Resolve basic customer inquiries and complaints
• Keep the checkout area clean and organized
• Prepare daily sales reports and reconcile cash at the end of the shift

• Minimum of SSCE or OND qualification
