OSUSU by Pack’N’Pay is an instalment-based shopping platform that allows customers to pay in small deposits over time to secure retail/FMCG goods. The company operates in Lagos, Abuja, and Port Harcourt, with plans to expand to Ibadan and Kano.

• Promote Pack’N’Pay B2C products within your community and online networks.
• Create awareness about products and educate potential customers.
• Share approved marketing content across social media and community groups.
• Refer and onboard new customers; guide them through registration and purchases.
• Build relationships within campuses, workplaces, estates, religious groups, markets, and online communities.
• Drive customer referrals using your unique referral code or link.
• Gather customer feedback and market insights.
• Report customer needs, trends, and competitor activities.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Active on social media and/or within community networks.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Ability to influence and engage people.
• Passion for sales, marketing, and customer engagement.
• Open to university students, NYSC members, recent graduates, entrepreneurs, sales professionals, content creators, and community leaders.
