Penafort Supermarket is a retail establishment in Iba, Lagos State, seeking a responsible, experienced, and customer-focused Checkout Supervisor to join its front-end management team.

• Supervise checkout staff and ensure all till points are operating efficiently.
• Monitor cashier transactions, POS machines, and proper cash-handling procedures.
• Audit and resolve cashier shortages, overages, and payment discrepancies.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints at checkout points promptly.
• Oversee daily opening/closing procedures for the checkout section.
• Train, guide, and enforce company service standards and dress code compliance.
• Collaborate closely with Accounts, Inventory, and Security teams.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Checkout Supervisor, Cashier Supervisor, or Front-End Supervisor in a supermarket or FMCG environment.
• Strong working knowledge of POS systems, numerical reconciliation, and reporting.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Strong leadership and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Female candidates are preferred for this position.
• Candidates must reside within Iba, Ojo, Okokomaiko, Alaba, or LASU axis.
